Yes and no, if you are a citizen, you receive dividends and benefits but you have a responsibility. However, if you are not a citizen, you don’t have responsibilities nor so many privileges, so you can either use our services or not. Citizens have a lot of privileges, they can use cards, own a passport, use the inheritance system and much more. But if you are not a citizen, then using all our services will be more expensive for you than if you were a citizen.
