Is it possible to make payments in Bitcoin instead of NOAH? Or in another currency?

No, such changes can not be implemented, since the whole NOAH project's ideology is based on the NOAH coin and no other currency. Platinum is working hard to make sure that the NOAH coin becomes the heart of the NOAH ecosystem.
Here is a short example of what would happen if such changes are accepted:
1- By changing the dividend payment system => you are changing the way the project works
2- By changing the way the project works => NOAH Blockchain/ NOAH Coin/ as well as the overall project's ideology would be fundamentally destroyed.
