AMLの改善要求

アントンさんとスタッフ一同さま。

はっきりと言わせていただきますが、
今までプラチナム社を応援してきた人のためにも、
これからを応援してもらうためにも、
ありえないようなAMLによる出金拒否は撤廃してください。

自由に出金ができれば、
年率の良い「QDAO DEFI」や、「BTCNEXT」をもっと利用する人が増えるのに、
なぜ、こんな厳しいAMLをやるのか理解に苦しみます。

プラチナム社にとっても良いことは何もなく、
早急に対応しないと、
「QDAO DEFI」や、「BTCNEXT」を利用する人がいなくなってしまいますよ！

ライセンスも更新されなかったということなので、
早急に出金を許可するべきです。

どんなに良い開発をしようと頑張っていても、
他のクレームが多すぎて、足を引っ張ってしまう・・・もったいないです。

詐欺でなければ、
詐欺だと言われないためにも、
出金をさせて、
もう一度、しきりなおしてください！！

開発でノアPの価格をあげること大切ですが、
自由に出金できるようになることのほうが重要です。
お互いの信頼がないとプロジェクトは成功しません。

プロジェクトに積極的に参加していただき、ありがとうございます。
まず、AMLを廃止することはできません。これはエストニアの規制当局の要求です。BTCNextはエストニアで登録されているので、エストニアの法律に従わなければ罰せられることになります。
そして、ライセンス延長のための必要書類をすべて集め、期限内に送付しました。現在、エストニア側からの回答を待っております。
Platinum社が実施できること、すべきことは以下の通りです。
1- アドミンはいつでもお客様をお役に立てる準備でございます。AMLに関するサポートは、Telagramで　@noahsupport3と@noahsupport4　までに連絡くださいませ。
2- Platinum社は、AMLの手順をもっと理解安いさせ、従うことができるようにします。すでに基本的な説明書を作成し、それを日本語に翻訳しました。また、手順を改善するために、さらにいくつかのアイデアを持っております。
これからPlatinum社はお客様のために努力させていただきます。

First of all, we cannot abolish AML. It is the requirement of the Estonian regulators. The BTCNext is registered in Estonia, so if we do not follow the Estonian law, there will be punishment.
Secondly, we have collected all the necessary documents for the licence prolongation and sent them on time. Now we are waiting for the reply from the Estonian side.
What we can do and what we are to do is as follows.
1- The admins are always ready to help you. You can pm in Telegram @noahsupport3 and @noahsupport4 for any AML assistance.
2- We are to make the AML procedure easier to understand and to follow. We have already made the basic instruction and translated it into Japanese. And we have some more ideas on how to improve the process.

エストニア大使館とエストニア金融庁に問い合わせした結果、
「エストニアの法律・ライセンスは、日本人など外国人には適用されない」ということでした。

なのになぜ日本人に、こんな厳しいAMLをやるのでしょうか？

納得いないところは、
再度、エストニア金融庁に詳しく問い合わせしてみますが・・・
